Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
